ATTENTION PARENTS

Please make your children aware that when the pool is closed they are not to jump the fence or try to squeeze through the gate with the lock on it.  They are more than welcome to be there during the pool open hours of 8am-10pm. 

We would like to keep a safe environment for our community and that can only happen if we all work together to adhere to the rules.

 Annual Dues

 HOA Fees will remain the same for 2012. 

The cost is $280.00.

These fees are due on or before May 1^st 2012.

Make checks out to: Foxwood Homeowners Association.  

Send checks to: Foxwood HOA   PO Box 80095 Simpsonville SC  29680. 

Every household in Foxwood is responsible for paying this fee.

A $30.00 late fee will be added after May 1st 2012

Community Yard Sale- May 12th 8am-12pm

Pool Opening- May 16th
