****Bats!!!****
Remember that fall is the perfect time for unwanted critters to make a home in your house. Several houses in the neighborhood have had bats take up residence in their attics. It is best to call an exterminator to get rid of these pests because bats can carry rabies.
Also beware of spiders! They like to find a winter retreat as well.

Break-ins
There have been many reports of car break-ins in the past couple of days. In some cases valuables were stolen. Please take precautions and lock your cars. If your car has been broken into please call Simpsonville Police and report it. (864) 967-9536

Drivers are having a hard time seeing you when you walk after dark. Please consider wearing reflective or light colored clothing when walking at night.

Please Note!!!
It is against our HOA governing rules to park cars on the grass. Also, cars cannot be parked in the street overnight.
We have been having a major problem with this lately and have received a large number of complaints. Please be considerate and park in your driveway. If you live close to the pool you can use the parking lot if necessary.
Please be aware that fines will be levied for breaking the covenants and By-laws of our HOA.

Dog owners must clean up after your pets. When walking your dogs make sure you carry a bag to clean up their mess. Failure to do so can result in a hefty fine from the city of Simpsonville.
